Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks based on project plans and progress.
- Monitor the work performance of the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other supervisors regarding project requirements and changes.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used on site.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and order always.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety policies.
- Report progress, delays, and any issues to the site engineer or project manager.
- Record daily accomplishments, manpower, and material usage in a logbook or site report.
