Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time LCAC Foreman in the SRS Division in Portsmouth VA.
Summary: Supervises and coordinate the activities of various mechanical trades. Acts as liaison between customer and company.
Responsivities
- Recruits and trains subordinate personnel; establishes safety and work performance standards
- Plans, assigns, schedule, supervises the work of trades helper subordinates on various LCAC repair projects
- Determine schedule, sequences and assignments for work activity, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel
- Monitor employees’ work level and review work performance
- Monitor tool and part inventories and condition and maintenance of the area to ensure adequate working conditions
- Investigate accidents and injuries and prepare reports of findings
- Develops, implements, and evaluates maintenance policies and procedures
