About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the floor
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators and general workers
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Enforce health and safety procedures at all times
