Job Description
HVAC Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the HVAC installation and maintenance crew on job sites.
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work at project sites.
- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements and ensure correct execution.
- Allocate tasks to HVAC technicians and helpers, ensuring efficient use of labor and materials.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide hands‑on support in complex installations or troubleshooting.
- Communicate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other trades to resolve issues and coordinate schedules.
- Track daily progress and prepare site reports and documentation.
- Ensure job site cleanliness, safety practices, and proper use of PPE.
