Job Description
A Foreman is responsible for supervising workers on a job site. They make sure tasks are completed properly, safely, and on time while coordinating daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage workers on site
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress
- Ensure work is done according to plans and standards
- Maintain safety rules and regulations
- Inspect work quality and fix problems
- Coordinate tools, materials, and manpower
- Report progress to supervisors or managers
- Train and guide new workers
Requirements:
- Experience in construction or related field
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to read plans or instructions
- Knowledge of safety procedures
