+ Conduct daily morning huddles to review safety procedures, project goals, and crew assignments.
+ Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
+ Oversee demolition, abatement, and site preparation activities for government, military, industrial, and commercial projects.
+ Enforce all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety regulations and ensure crew compliance at all times.
