Job Description
To supervise and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities related to Fire Alarm Systems, SMATV, CCTV, Intercom, and associated ELV systems. The Foreman is responsible for ensuring system reliability, leading maintenance teams, supporting authority inspections, and maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

- Supervise and coordinate ELV and Fire Alarm technicians.
- Allocate daily maintenance activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, tools, and resources.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
