We are seeking an experienced Foreman Welder to lead our welding and fabrication crew. This is a working foreman position-hands on welding while supervising daily operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and keeps jobs running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise welders and fabrication personnel
- Perform welding and fabrication work alongside the crew
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specs
- Assign daily tasks and ensure production schedules are met
- Inspect welds and finished work for quality and accuracy
- Enforce safety rules and company procedures (OSHA compliant)
- Train and mentor employees; maintain jobsite discipline
- Coordinate with management on progress, manpower, and materials
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
