Foreman / Assistant Superintendent — High-End Residential | San Francisco | $90,000–$120,000 + Bonus
A small, intentionally hands-on residential construction firm working on remodels, renovations, and ongoing home maintenance for private clients across San Francisco, Marin, and the Peninsula. Current projects range from $1M–$8M — including an active $6.5M renovation in SF.
Looking for a field leader who knows how to run a site, manage trades, and keep work moving without needing to be managed themselves.
What you'll own:
- Day-to-day field coordination across active residential projects
- Subcontractor scheduling, sequencing, and site readiness
- Daily documentation: photos, site notes, lookahead schedules — comfort with phone-based logging and basic spreadsheets is a plus
