**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
The Forklift Driver is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure. Working outdoors, our forklift driver moves products in and out of the shop and safely loads delivery trucks. You quickly become the product expert – knowing what things are, how they’re loaded and where they go in inventory.
You’ll collaborate with the yard, production, and office teams, and interact with truck drivers and vendors.
A highlight of your day to day will include:
+ Choosing and utilizing the proper forklift, based on weight, to load, unload, transport, and stack material in appropriate areas.
+ Operating forklift in production areas in a safe manner, always abiding by the speed limits and safety policies.
+ Moving finished products and supplies from departments to yard or to trucks for loading.
+ Completing daily forklift inspections and keeping work areas organized and clean.
