**Position Description**
Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Sit Down Forklift Operator in Wilmington, Illinois
Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly
**Up to $24.50 per hour** (including productivity incentives)
+ Base pay: $18.50 per hour
+ $0.25 per hour increases at 90 and 180 days and 3% increase after 1 year
+ Overtime Pay: $27.75 per hour
+ Additional Pay:
+ Productivity Incentives: Up to $3 per hour
+ Sign-on bonus:
+ $1,000 bonus paid in two installments at 30 and 90 days
+ Schedule:
+ C: Wed 11a-4:45p and Thur-Sat 5a-4:30p
