Formboard design engineer

Key Responsibilities
 Design and develop 1:1 Formboard Drawings
 Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including:
o Bill of Materials (BOM)
o Label sheets
o Tool list
o Validation checklist
o Wire list
 Ensure high accuracy and completeness of all deliverables, as outputs are
released directly to production
 Interpret and work with wire harness drawings, including Single-line diagrams
and Schematics.
 Review and understand component datasheets
 Ensure component compatibility within the design, specifically for:
o Automotive components
o Connectors
o Associated accessories (not limited to these)
 Ownership of design validation and formal sign-off prior to release
 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including:
o Manufacturing
o Engineering
o Quality
