This role will have a strong emphasis on colour chemistry and cosmetic formulations, driving innovation across textures, sensorials, pigments, shades, and product performance while ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless commercialization in a fast-paced beauty and personal care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently develop skincare and cosmetic formulations across categories including sunscreens, moisturizers, serums, rinse-off products, lip care, and colour cosmetics.
Drive formulation innovation with a strong focus on colour chemistry, pigment compatibility, texture optimization, sensorial performance, and shade development.
