SilverTree's AI Talent Accelerator is seeking high-calibre graduates and early-career professionals to join their new team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
FDEs will be embedded at executive level inside our portfolio companies, with the mandate and mentorship to create real operational impact from day one.
Programme: Built Upon a Dual Structure
FDEs will develop both operational capability and strategic thinking through a dual structure:
- Gain senior exposure working closely with leading operators and the executive team at a portfolio company
- Work from inside the SilverTree office and receive mentorship from the SilverTree Amplify team, our central AI hub responsible for capability building across the fund and portfolio
