Job Description

Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Forward Deployed Engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors.
  • Implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
  • Develop advanced prompting, memory management, and behavior‑planning techniques to enable LLMs and agents to reliably author and execute complex workflows.
  • Act as a technical solutions expert with strong aptitude in troubleshooting and analyzing AI‑driven architectures, including scalable RAG pipelines and agent frameworks built using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable AI‑powered IT workflows with agent‑based decision‑making, dynamic retrieval mechanisms, and seamless integration using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
