Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand deployment challenges and translate them into engineering solutions
- Identify gaps between the product and real-world use cases, then build or adapt systems to close them
- Collaborate across internal teams to integrate solutions end-to-end across hardware and software
- Improve product reliability, usability, and performance based on live deployment feedback
- Contribute to platform and product improvements informed by field experience
- Act as the technical bridge between internal R&D and external client needs

- Strong software engineering foundation with experience shipping production systems
