Build and deploy software used in real-world operational environments. This role combines software engineering, customer collaboration, data integration, and field deployment work
Responsibilities
- Deploy, test, and troubleshoot software products in the field
- Build new tools and applications from the ground up
- Integrate sensor data into customer systems
- Work closely with users to understand workflows and technical needs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve products
- Apply machine learning and data analysis to real-world problems
- Travel to customer sites and LA & DC offices when required (around 25%)
