Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle import and export documentation for shipments to Singapore, submitting K1, K2, and customs duty forms online.
- Submit documents to customs and manage all customs-related assignments.
- Apply for ePermits for controlled items and declare them with the MAQIS number.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in related fields.
- Candidates must possess a diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or Management.
- Independent, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Required languages: Malay, Mandarin, English. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred (speak, read and write in Mandarin) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients.
- Be able to start working immediately.
