Strong understanding of early grade learning (Literacy & Numeracy)
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply
Strong communication and classroom engagement skills
Responsibilities
Deliver targeted remedial instruction to students (Grades 3–8) to improve foundational skills
Identify learning gaps through basic assessments and classroom observation
Support teachers in improving literacy and numeracy teaching practices
Conduct small group sessions and accelerated learning activities
Maintain student progress records and share regular updates
Assist in classroom activities, worksheets, and learning interventions
Engage with school staff to strengthen learning outcomes
