ABOUT THE ROLE This is a role in the Founder’s Office — working directly with Sushil Borde, President of AMF and Co-founder of Affex Healthcare. You will also work closely alongside Dr. R.A. Mashelkar, Chairman of the Anjani Mashelkar Foundation —Padma Vibhushan awardee and one of India’s most celebrated innovation leaders. This is an execution role — for a professional who turns strategy into action, decisions into delivery, and ambition into measurable outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute relentlessly — Own critical workstreams end-to-end. Pick up a brief, build the plan, assemble the resources, and deliver without waiting to be asked twice. • Drive programme rollouts — Deploy Affex solutions across markets.
