BukuWarung is a fintech platform serving MSMEs across Indonesia and the Philippines - creating a financial Operating System for MSMEs.
The role
The Founder's Office is where BukuWarung's most important and least well-defined problems land. You'll work directly with the Chief of Staff, one step from the CEO, across three workstreams:
- Operational improvement — diagnose broken processes across business functions and own the fix end-to-end. Not a deck, a working solution.
- Philippines expansion — partner with the in-country team to accelerate growth, close execution gaps, and coordinate between Jakarta and Manila.
- Assigned high-priority problem — go-to-market for an AI product, a revenue deep-dive, scaling a product vertical, or a new market entry.
