A rare opportunity to build an AI function for a high-performing global hedge fund.

We are partnering with a well-established investment firm who strongly believes that AI will reshape investing. We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer to architect and scale their AI capability from the ground up.


This is not a plug-and-play role. You will sit alongside the CIO and investment team, owning the full lifecycle – from building immediate productivity tools to designing the long-term AI infrastructure that drives investment edge.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and deploy LLM-powered tools to enhance research workflows and decision-making

  • Design and implement a unified, AI-ready data platform across structured and unstructured sources
