Job Description
The company is looking for an energetic, analytically minded individual who can optimize the Foundry’s Products and Processes to develop towards greater World Class manufacturing standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Foundry related Scrap, Rework and First Time Pass rate measured against set targets in each Department.
- Resources are utilised effectively and efficiently to achieve a reduction in Energy consumption or project initiatives managed to explore alternatives to current process or product utilization.
- Manage projects within the Foundry and Service Departments, gather information, and liaise with Contractors, set up timelines, costing and responsibilities. Projects will be measured against set targets of Return on Investment and include detailed drawings of equipment or department layout changes where applicable.
