Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production operations.
- Manage, supervise, and develop production teams.
- Ensure achievement of production targets (QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery). Monitor and analyze performance indicators.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure daily production follow-up and resolve operational issues on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
- Support training and skill development of operators and team leaders.
- Contribute to process optimization and reduction of production losses (scrap, downtime, cycle time).
