An exciting opportunity for an experienced publican or pub partner to take on The Fountain Inn, Morriston, Swansea — a well-established, 100% wet-led community pub with a loyal customer base. Currently averaging £7,000 per week in sales.
The Fountain is a traditional high street pub, with a classic bar and lounge operation. With strong daytime trade, regular entertainment, and a popular pool and darts scene, the pub already performs well. A large enclosed beer garden offers further potential to grow sales through events and community activity.
