About the job FP&A Analyst cum Accountant (Sole Contributor)
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the preparation and consolidation of APAC financial cycles, including the Annual Operating Plan, Forecasts, and guiding measurables to facilitate the achievement of business objective.
- Working closely with the Senior Finance Director and Country Finance Managers to refine plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with operational targets.
- Oversee the execution of operational plans against the APAC Annual Plan, with a keen focus on P&L Achievements and optimizing Working Capital/Cash Flows.
- Provide comprehensive reports on business progress vs. financial metrics, keeping the regional management abreast of key initiatives across APAC.
- Offer proactive planning and analysis/reporting to improve forecasting accuracy and empower strategic decision-making.
