FP&A & Commercial Finance Manager
Working with the VP Finance, you will be the go‑to commercial finance partner for the Founder‑CEO, COO and leadership team, building the FP&A function from scratch and owning everything from the financial model to analysing business line performance to transaction support.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy and commercial operations – it is not a back‑office role. If you want to understand every part of the business, influence decisions at the highest level, and help build a finance function that is ready for a transaction, this is the job.
Your mission will be to:

- Build and maintain the company’s financial model, revenue, cost, headcount and cash, with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
