Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy: Lead The Company’s corporate FP&A department, collaborating directly with the CEO and COO on budgeting, forecasting, long-term capital planning, and financial strategy.
- Financial Visibility: Own management accounts, cash flow reporting, and comprehensive financial transparency across all operating entities, specialized project SPVs, and the expanding solar portfolio.
- Reporting Infrastructure: Build and scale robust financial reporting systems and internal dashboards to track key project finance metrics, SPV cash waterfalls, and lender covenants such as DSCR and LTV ratios.
- Investor Relations Support: Generate board, management, and investor reporting materials, which includes providing comprehensive data room support for ongoing fundraising efforts.
