Job Description
- Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning; develop financial models and consolidate plans across departments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), monitor variances, and build dashboards and KPIs for visibility.
- Partner with leadership on investments and expansion, conduct ROI and sensitivity analyses, and strengthen internal controls and compliance.
- Foster collaboration, mentor team members, and promote values-driven leadership to enhance financial literacy and business acumen.
