  • Preparation and circulation of data on time
  • Analysis of the operational performances for any conspicuous pointers
  • Integration of data with internal stakeholders for consolidated actionable reports

    • P&B/BRC/Board Presentation/Preparation of LE

  • Discussion and collating data with check and balances for budget
  • Monthly actual data consolidation for monthly/quarterly/latest estimate reviews

    • Information to external stakeholders

  • Meeting regular loan compliances for external stakeholders
  • Data for credit rating agencies for rating exercise

    • Expenses monitoring and control

  • Variance analysis for any off budget items
  • Database for comparison and analysis

    • Trackers and Checklist
