Responsibilities
- Delivering an efficient, effective, administrative and clerical service for the Greenwich Frailty Service.
- Act as the first point of contact to clients on the telephone, maintaining calmness, politeness and good customer relationship at all times.
- Provide a point of contact for the members of the Frailty Team by telephone and written correspondence.
- Coordinate and take minutes for Multidisciplinary meetings between staff from different organisations.
- Ensure reports and relevant assessments are sent out prior to Multidisciplinary meetings.
- Process new referrals and information, recording appropriate data using the Oxleas Rio system to its full functionality for the service.
- Prepare information, such as client files, letters and reports, in line with local policies and procedures.
