**Lead Finish/Framing Carpenter- Start ASAP- Weekly Pay**
**Location: Sioux Falls, SD**
**Pay: $30-$40/hour**
**Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm**
This role oversees the finishing, framing and production of high-end homes from a leadership perspective, ensuring plans are accurate, quality standards are met, and the team works efficiently from start to finish. The position combines hands-on expertise with supervisory responsibilities, including training, coaching, and coordinating multiple work areas to deliver well-built homes on schedule.
