Job Description

- Investigate suspicious activities and escalate cases following company protocols.
- Assist customers in securing their accounts and preventing unauthorized transactions.
- Document all cases accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud-related issues promptly.
- Meet performance standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School Graduate or 2 years completed in college.
- Minimum of 1 year international voice BPO experience handling Financial or Fraud accounts.
