Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze player betting activity and apply proper customer profiling/segmentation
- Review risk report on a daily basis. Identify potential candidates' unprofitable betting behavior and take appropriate measures to mitigate risk.
- Thoroughly checks the bonuses and other types of promotions are given to players in the right manner.
- Responds to internal and external queries regarding player risk management.
- Provide guidance and support to junior fraud prevention staff
- Develop and implement fraud prevention training programs.
- Represent the organization in fraud-related meetings and conferences.
