Process Analysis & Documentation- Analyze existing business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Document current (as-is) workflows, including interfaces, exchanges, and return flows
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Business Requirements Definition- Gather and formalize business needs from key stakeholders
- Translate requirements into actionable specifications for technical teams and external vendors
System Landscape Assessment- Review a highly fragmented pricing ecosystem (approx. 300 different pricing calculation systems)
- Assess system interactions, dependencies, and data flows
- Support rationalization and simplification initiatives
