• Provide onsite L1 EUC Smart Hands support
• Troubleshoot and service desktops and peripheral devices
• Conduct hardware installations and break/fix services
• Support IMACD tasks: Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose
• Document work and update ticketing systems as needed
