Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support for production issues and service requests.
- Perform data fixes and troubleshooting using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Analyze and resolve batch job failures and scheduling issues.
- Support integration debugging and issue resolution.
- Assist in BI Publisher report fixes and validation.
- Support minor enhancements using Oracle APEX and REST APIs.
- Perform log analysis, issue tracking, and root cause investigation.
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams for incident resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of tickets within SLA timelines.
- Support day-to-day application maintenance activities.
