Freelance Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: Southampton
Contract Length: Initial 6+ months
Rate: £400–£450 per day
Engagement: Ltdpany or PAYE only (NO CIS)
A well-established regional contractor with a strong presence across the South Coast is looking to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead themercial side of a £10 million public sector,mercial and leisure refurbishment project in Southampton.
The project is entering a key pre‑construction and procurement phase, and you’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping themercial approach before supporting the scheme as it progresses on site. This is a 6/7 ‑month contract position, with regular site involvement required, alongside hybrid working flexibility depending on workload and project needs.
