We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Freelance Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue. This is a fully commission-based role with no income ceiling.

Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and social media
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
- Provide timely updates on sales activity and pipeline progress
