SFCC L2 Support Engineer
for a
part-time remote opportunity
to support Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications and related platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), incident management, debugging, monitoring tools, and production support activities .
Responsibilities:
Provide
L2 application support
for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms.
Manage incidents through
ITSM tools (ServiceNow/SNOW)
including troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution.
Perform issue triaging and coordinate with L3 teams for code-level fixes.
Raise and track
JIRA tickets
for issues requiring development changes.
Monitor application performance using tools like
Splunk
and analyze logs.
Debug code and support root cause analysis for production issues.
