Job Description

Position Title: Freezer Manager

Department: Freezer

Supervisor: Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

Responsible for receiving product and ensures that freezers are stocked, labeled, clean and delivered product is packed out, and proper customer service is provided.

Essential Functions:

  1. Ensure proper customer service and works to develop relationships with large customers.
  2. Supervises Assistant Freezer Manager, Freezer Supervisors and Stockers to assure that shelves are stocked and merchandise is rotated.
  3. Develops schedules, monitors performance and recommends the proper discipline as appropriate.
  4. Trains employees in job responsibilities and safe operating procedures
