Job Responsibilities:
- Manage import and export customs clearance documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Verify HS codes and applicable duties/taxes.
- Prepare shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
- Ensure accuracy of documentation prior to submission.
- Liaise with Customs, forwarding agents, shipping lines, and internal departments.
- Monitor shipment progress and clearance timelines.
- Ensure timely cargo release and handle any delays or clearance issues.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any fields
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance.
