As the Freight Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of all international inbound and outbound freight across the Asia Pacific region. Leading a team of two logistics coordinators, you will serve as the key regional authority for carrier performance, freight cost control, and driving continuous process improvements throughout the supply chain network. Success in this role requires close coordination with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and customs brokers to ensure all transportation is timely, compliant, and cost-effective. Manage the entire logistics operation across Asia, overseeing all shipments, 3PLs, and freight partners to ensure the efficient and timely movement of materials. Cost & Performance Optimization:
