Multi-Modal Exports Executive
Execute import and export shipments from initial quote to final delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods Handle both LTL and FTL shipments, including hazardous materials following all required regulations Arrange for the collection of Delivery Orders (DOs) and Bills of Lading (B/Ls) Coordinate customs clearance procedures and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete Submit shipping instructions to relevant parties Schedule both hazardous and non-hazardous shipments accurately and efficiently Monitor and maintain a 100% update rate for milestones and status within CargoWise Monitor supplier invoices and performance to ensure cost-effectiveness Complete job costing and billing tasks accurately Maintain clear communication with suppliers and clients throughout the shipment process Foll...
