Job Description
- Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, invoices)
- Handle quotation, pricing, and rate negotiation with international agents and Freight partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders .
- Knowledgeable on the Process of Freight Forwarding process.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness .
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers
- Track, trace, and ensure timely delivery of shipments , addressing any service concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations
- Maintain regular communication with clients and overseas agents regarding shipment updates and requirements.
