- Responsible for the day-to-day management of all customer service activities.
- Handle inbound enquiries, requests, and feedback via phone and email efficiently.
- Collaborate with the overseas relocation team to ensure consistently high service standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive, adaptable, and professional; able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset.
