We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading airline project in Lisbon.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Position: Customer Service
Language: French (C1/C2) + English or Spanish
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–21:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: 2 Rotational Days
Salary: €930/month x 14 salaries
Attendance Bonus: €75/month (11 months)
Requirements:
Fluent French and good English or Spanish
Minimum 6 months of Contact Centre experience (mandatory)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
