We're partnering with a leading global technology company to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Specialist for the French Market. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while supporting the company’s payment operations.
Your Role:
- Provide key support for Sales, Order Management, and Finance teams regarding payment-related issues.
- Interact with payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments, refunds, and other transactions (credit/debit cards, wire transfers, loans, leases).
- Handle customer queries related to payments, refunds, VAT changes, invoice amendments, and reconciliation.
- Manage low-incidence outbound calls and primarily work in back-office operations.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all payment processes.
- Address escalated issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
