Timings Rotational Shifts (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
Requirements
- Fluent in German (for German CSR role) OR Fluent in French (for French CSR role)
- Good English communication for internal use
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Job Description
- Handle inbound customer calls in German / French (depending on role)
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Record and track customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
- Maintain service quality and meet performance KPIs
Salary Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
