Fresh Food Advisor & Food Trainer – Dublin
As Fresh Food Advisor & Food Trainer, you will support fresh food departments across the estate by embedding best‑practice operational standards and delivering high‑quality training. You will play a key role in ensuring fresh food counters consistently deliver an excellent customer experience while operating efficiently and compliantly.
Salary: €55k plus bonus
Key Responsibilities
Review, define and implement efficient operational frameworks across new and existing fresh food countersEmbed consistent, repeatable standards that deliver a high-quality customer experienceChallenge and refine proposed operational standards, collaborating cross‑functionally to identify practical solutionsUpdate, replace and standardise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Provide hands‑on operational and training support to stores where required
